Body Therapies

Relaxation Massage

Choose your own aromatherapy oils. This soothing, rejuvenating massage will relax tense muscles and relieve stress.

Deep Tissue, Lymphatic Drainage Massage

In addition to using traditional massage techniques this treatment will specifically work to detoxify the body. (Reiki sessions also available on request)

Inversion Therapy

Make gravity work for you with this easy, relaxing therapy. Reduces congestion and muscular tension, improves circulation and digestion and is also helpful for varicose veins, haemorrhoids, menstrual problems, weight control, and mental functioning. Used in conjunction with pressure point therapy to maximise the benefits.

Skin Therapies

The skin is one of the main organs used by your body to eliminate toxic waste. Poor elimination is the cause of many diseases!

Herbal Compress Wrap

Uses herbs to either stimulate blood flow, bring down inflammation, or soothe sore or irritated skin. You are enveloped in hot, fragrant herbal soaked linens, with blankets draped on top. The result is a deeply relaxing experience and the gentle elimination of toxins that will leave your skin soft and clean. Scalp massage included.

Dry Body Brush

Your body is gently exfoliated with a soft bristled brush that is yours to take home to continue the program. Enjoy softer skin and improved circulation. Also helps remove cellulite. Ideal before a Herbal Wrap

Herbal Face Treatment

An exfoliation process, followed by a herbal mask, completed with herbal oil massage including neck and scalp.

Herbal Hot Oil Scalp Treatment

A warm blend of herbal oils are gently massaged into your scalp, moisturizing your skin and hair follicles.

Arts Therapy

A wonderful way to relax and discover the magic of being creative. Each sacred artwork is an expression of ourselves and teaches us lessons in the making. Choose and learn how to create any of the following:

	A plaster of Paris mask of your own face
	Your own Dream Catcher
	Your own Protection Medicine Bag or Shield
	Your own Prayer Sticks (ask for more details)
