TINCTURES are the most convenient and effective way to take most herbs. The herbs are soaked in alcohol extracting the medicinal qualities of the herb. Take directly on the tongue or with juice. To remove 98% of the alcohol, drop in small glass of boiling water to evaporate, leave 7 minutes, then drink.
